Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, we will happily offer you a refund. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure you can proceed with your request as quickly as possible.

Items must be returned within 20 days of receipt of your order.  You must contact customer service prior to returning your order from the form here.

Discounted items, personalized or customized products are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, please ensure that the item is in its original and perfect condition, with all chinoiseriestore tags still attached, meaning it has not been worn, washed, tumble dried, altered, or tailored. Additionally, please ensure that the sales receipt is included with the returned item.

If returned goods fail to meet our return policy requirements, we reserve the right to refuse a credit for products. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels are not accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
In the case of returns, we are unable to refund the shipping fee paid at the time of purchase or the return shipping fee, unless your item is faulty.

Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact us immediately. Where provided, any packaging such as authenticity cards, bags and tags should be included in your return. lighting, accessoreis, home furnishing, kitchen&dinning, wallpaper&paint should be returned unmarked and in its original and undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product.
