b. Orders within China: For orders within China, we offer standard shipping via SF Express.

3. Free Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping to customers on orders totaling approximately US$420 or more (or equivalent in local currency). Please note that this threshold may be reviewed periodically and is subject to change. Additionally, the specific threshold for free shipping may vary slightly depending on the country of delivery. Moreover, there may be occasions when we offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the purchase amount.

4. Delivery Restrictions
We require a signature for all orders. Therefore, delivery to PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO), and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses is currently unavailable.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

b. Transit Time: Once your order is shipped, we estimate that you will receive it within 3-10 business days from the ship date. Please note that shipping times may vary, but we strive to expedite the delivery process as much as possible.
c. Non-Shipping Days: Please be aware that we do not ship on weekends or Chinese holidays.

7. Returns

While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, we will happily offer you a refund. Items must be returned within 20 days of receipt of your order.  You must contact customer service prior to returning your order from the form here.

Discounted items, personalized or customized products are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, please ensure that the item is in its original and perfect condition, with all CHINOISERIE STORE tags still attached, meaning it has not been worn, washed, tumble dried, altered, or tailored. Additionally, please ensure that the sales receipt is included with the returned item.

If returned goods fail to meet our return policy requirements, we reserve the right to refuse a credit for products. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels are not accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
In the case of returns, we are unable to refund the shipping fee paid at the time of purchase or the return shipping fee, unless your item is faulty.

Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact us immediately. Where provided, any packaging such as authenticity cards, bags and tags should be included in your return. lighting, accessoreis, home furnishing, kitchen&dinning, wallpaper&paint should be returned unmarked and in its original and undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product.
