What are the returns and refund policy?

All items must be returned within 20 days of receipt of your order. You must contact customer service prior to returning your order from the form here or your account page.

Discounted items, socks and tights and personalized or custom products are non-returnable. Please note that we do not accept returns for CHINOISERIESTORE products purchased outside of chinoiseriestore.com.

To initiate a return, please ensure that the item is in its original and perfect condition, with all CHINOISERIE STORE garment tags still attached, meaning it has not been worn, washed, tumble dried, altered, or tailored. Additionally, please ensure that the sales receipt is included with the returned item.
