What delivery options are available?
chinoiseriestore.com is operated in China. For international orders, we offer DHL Express shipping. For orders within China, we offer standard shipping via SF Express. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on the destination and the weight of the package.
We require a signature for all orders, so delivery to PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses is currently unavailable.
When will I receive my order?
Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase from our China warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-10 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.
Please note that we do not ship on the weekends or Chinese holidays. chinoiseriestore.com cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payments, though we’ll try to minimize any potential delays. Moreover, there may be occasions when we offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the purchase amount.
Do I have to pay duty, import charges and local taxes?
